The Beginning
dinofido was born of a simple idea - conversations. It was first written on one lazy evening as a hack code. The idea was to enable iAccelerator startups to have conversations that would be too noisy for email. It soon became a fun & popular tool, and evolved in to the service you see today.
What's in the name?
Nothing, really. We couldn't find a small & simple domain-name that wasn't already taken. So we cooked up dinofido, which stands for "did not find domain". You are right, we are a pretty unimaginative folk :)
About our company
We call ourselves Aplopio - which is greek for "simplify". We like making simple products, that can be potentially useful for millions. We get our mojo from every new user - it keeps us going.
