Karam I stumbled across this a while ago, it's a post about a good first round term sheet. I'm curious to know how past IA startups dealt with understanding the nitty gritty details of the terms with which their funding came at. grease @Karam I think the a 1st round of funding is different from a pre-seed funding (the kind you get at iAccelerator, ycombinator etc). Pre-seed investments are typically much smaller, and consequently corresponding term-sheets will be simpler.

Karam That is seriously cool. There should be an equivalent of that for facebook, something that summarizes a person's activity.

grease Yeah. For instance, a search on "Evan Williams" also returns results for a whisky (apart from the person). Wish they could cluster similar results together

Karam The relevancy of the request for links illustrating a candidate's persona in the IA application has bothered me for the last few days. I've debated internally the pros and cons and surprised myself by changing my view on the issue. Thanks IA, I now have a blog :) http://picfiti.tumblr.com/

aDeSe lovely concept of payment thru mobile phone using SMS.. there are services for Micro payments via mobile phone, jus that we need to educate the parties on implementing this concept in the urban segment as well.. The way payments are made for mobile phone re-charge, the same thing can work in here too..
